Marketing Coordinator- Baseball
New Era Cap Co., Inc. – Buffalo, NY
Position Summary
Marketing Coordinator – Baseball is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and support of the New Era Baseball Category marketing and budget initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator is accountable to the category to support its overall objectives and budget forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage work-through of all category marketing projects and keep key constituents aware of deadlines, opportunities and feedback.
* Coordinate deliverables, organize feedback and manage correspondence to and from Central Marketing and external agencies.
* Coordinate all legal agreements and legal approvals, vendor agreements and agency agreements.
* Manage on-going marketing spend for the Baseball Category and keep category leadership aware of MLB minimum spends.
* Organize monthly touch-points with category leadership and finance liaison to review budget and forecasting.
* Process invoices, follow-up on payments and track overall Category marketing budget.
* Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings.
* Collect and create monthly, quarterly and/or seasonal marketing recaps.

Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field required.
* Two-plus years of marketing experience; sports or apparel preferred.

* Measurable success of meeting deadlines and Category timelines for overall go-to-market strategy.
* Budget updating and forecasting to align with overall marketing strategy and partnership with MLB.
