Learfield is actively adding a Coordinator to work on the campus of the University at Buffalo in Amherst, NY for UB Sports Properties.

UB Sports Properties is Learfield’s dedicated local entity representing the University at Buffalo. In complete collaboration with the university, UB Sports Properties engages local and regional businesses that are interested in creating a positive brand-building association with the Bulls. Using inventory that includes venue signage, event sponsorship, corporate hospitality, television/radio assets and digital/social media, UB Sports Properties builds customized corporate partnerships specific to each client.

Learfield is the exclusive provider of marketing services for athletic departments at over 120 major universities, conferences, and arenas across the country. Office Hours and Reporting
35-40 hours per week including home games and select sporting events Reports to and works closely with the UB Sports Properties General Manager (GM)

Office Duties include: Partner account management, stewarding client relationships and ensuring delivery of rights Create and track marketing and media inventory for the property (in coordination with GM) Conceptualize and produce marketing and sales proposals (in coordination with GM) Coordinate

and strategize on business plans, invoicing, and other budget needs (in coordination with GM) Liaison between corporate partners and the athletics department (in coordination with GM) Input and track corporate contacts, meetings and partner agreements using the KORE software system Organize and secure fulfillment needs for signage, radio, print, digital, TV broadcast and events Produce season-end partner review dossiers Additional duties deemed necessary by the GM

Game Day Duties include: Coordinate game day production with athletics department media team, TV and radio partners Manage corporate partner hospitality, tickets, in-game promotions and other activities Manage all game day interns with respect to partner activation, promotions and other initiatives Work with game day interns to provide POP (Proof of Performances) for in- venue sponsorship elements

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, sports administration, marketing, advertising or other related field. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Great attention to detail. Energetic and self-motivated attitude. Desire to build a career in sports marketing or college sports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
