Our premier New York Gaming facility also boasts a range of delectable dining options including the Blue Ribbon Grill, Cyclone Bar and Tim Hortons
The Opportunity
As a Player Rewards Manager you will oversee, organize and operate all guest reward center operations to ensure that all rules and procedures are being followed; as well as, ensuring that customer satisfaction is being provided by: Cultivating growth of player tracking system database by maximizing opportunities for data input
Monitoring data input by staff into player tracking system
Partnering with internal audit to ensure that all complimentary rewards are being given and recorded in accordance with New York State Video Lottery rules and regulations
Maintaining an accurate database of guest information and rewards center activities through data entry and computer data management
Serving as a main point of contact with player tracking system vendor Maintaining strict confidential guidelines for all guest interactions and records Implementing of promotions and giveaways
Maintaining departmental policies and procedures
Explaining games, contests, drawings, promotional giveaways and player’s club benefits to guests and staff
Providing comps and other services as required
Assisting Marketing Department with on-site promotion execution as needed Providing insight into development and evaluation of promotions
Cultivating staff to be proactive in serving guests and efficient with use of time and equipment to ensure fast and friendly guest service
Analyzing player reward representatives productivity and accuracy
Maintaining inventory database
Investigating and resolving customer complaints and manage the resolution process

Understanding the goals and vision of the organization; aligning personal and team goals to support those of the organization
Overseeing all hiring, training, evaluation and scheduling of staff

A successful candidate will:

possess a high school diploma or equivalent have 3+ years guest service experience
have 3+ year previous supervisory experience possess superior organizational skills

have experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software be able to obtain a NYS Video Gaming License
be available to work weekends, nights and holidays

A successful candidate may:

have previous gaming/casino industry experience able to lift and carry up to fifty pounds occasionally be comfortable building relationships with all guests Who We Are
