Summary

The Business Solutions/Marketing Brand Strategy department at Pegula Sports and Entertainment is seeking qualified individuals for the Game-day Mobile Support position. These ‘Buff-a-Nerds’ will be responsible for providing on- sight technical support for the new My One Buffalo program at New Era Field, KeyBank Center and HARBORCENTER. Game-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to promotion of all Pegula Sports and Entertainment mobile properties, assisting with implementation of new mobile app features and fan engagement opportunities, technical support for all fans in multiple environments. Experience with mobile devices of varying types a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promotes appropriate mobile application and My One Buffalo program. •
  • Assist fans with questions or concerns regarding Wi-Fi, mobile apps,

    program or other technical questions. •

  • Aids in the implantation and adoption of new fan engagement initiatives. •
  • Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to all fan requests. •
  • Ensures that fans are effectively using all tech related tools to enhance the game-day experience.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •
  • Arrives on time and presents themselves in a professional manner. •

Requirements

  • Minimum High School diploma. •
  • Experience in customer service, or marketing preferred. •
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds. •
  • Must be able to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time. •
  • Must be able to work outdoors in adverse conditions. •
  • Formal education in marketing, or tech related field a plus. •
  • Highly self-motivated and directed; detail-oriented with strong

    communication skills. •

  • Ability to provide quality customer service. •
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,

    and holidays as needed.
